ТИПОЛОГІЯ ЗАПЕРЕЧНИХ КОНСТРУКЦІЙ У ЗАХІДНОГЕРМАНСЬКИХ МОВАХ

АНОТАЦІЯ

У статті представлено аналіз типологічної картини заперечення у західногерманських мовах. Основну увагу зосереджено на структурних характеристиках заперечних речень. Сучасні західногерманські мови демонструють одиночне заперечення, що є відмінним від давньогерманської моделі. Висвітлено зміни, які відбулися у системі реченнєвого заперечення в історії західногерманських мов. На ранніх етапах свого розвитку мови зазначеного ареалу демонстрували подвійне заперечення, реалізоване у явищі заперечного узгодження (negative concord), в результаті чого два і більше заперечних маркерів передбачають семантично єдине ядро заперечення. На шляху еволюційного поступу превербальні заперечні частки вилучалися з моделі заперечення як через їх ослаблення, так і появу нового заперечного елемента, який у результаті граматикалізації трансформувався зі структурно самостійної лексичної одиниці wiht ‘річ’ у відносно незалежну частку. Поява додаткового підсилювального елемента є частиною спільногерманської моделі заперечення. Англійська мова з її моделлю AUX VERB NOT, відмінною від інших західногерманських мов, займає окреме місце у картині західногерманського заперечення. Зміни у давньому періоді носили поступовий характер і відбувалися внаслідок загальної перебудови мовних систем, яка призвела до вилучення надлишкових елементів зі структури. Незважаючи на індивідуальність і системні відмінності, німецька, нідерландська, англійська та фризька мови пройшли спільний шлях усунення надлишкових елементів і сформували граматикалізовані моделі заперечення у їх сучасному вигляді. Зміст статті дозволяє обґрунтувати припущення щодо спільних зрушень у побудові давньогерманської моделі заперечення, а саме про наявність лінгвістичної константи.
